Sextant Advisory had been initially engaged in to develop a sales plan to enable our client to establish a multi year business development program to expand its managed fleet. Subsequently, Sextant Advisory has been retained to not only implement its sales plan but to be instrumental in growing the business through all channels.
Business Development
To implement the sales plan Sextant Advisory set about restructuring and developing the client's sales and marketing infrastructure. This role is broad and encompasses a variety of business development and sales activities. Sextant Advisory has been involved at the grass roots level developing and segmenting customer databases, creating and automating the proposal and presentation processes, developing and implementing brand management strategies and as well as developing new lines of business and partnerships. Sextant has acted as a change agent in the critical business process.

Marketing Communications
As for the client's internal operations, Sextant Advisory developed a pilot recruiting and hiring program, it established drug testing and employee background checks, it updated and revised the company's flight manuals, formed passenger screening and general security measures, and managed the conversion of an Embraer Legacy into an air ambulance.
Strategic and Business Planning
Sextant Advisory has been instrumental in analyzing and developing opportunities for new revenue streams for both our client and their customers.
