RICHARD SCHULLER – Founder
Rich joined in 2008. Rich has a diversified knowledge and vast experience in Business Aviation operations. His global travel and world network of influential contacts throughout the aviation community is a valuable asset to . He continues with his own company, Schuller Aerospace Services International, Ltd., an international aviation management advisory and consulting business with headquarters in Scottsdale since January 1999. The company has successfully performed projects supporting aviation litigation, business development with large and small enterprises, recruited and placed senior executives, purchased/sold turbine engines and brought aircraft buyers and sellers together.
Rich is a seasoned veteran of the aviation industry with over five decades in aviation. His career spans numerous responsible management positions in Business Development, Technical Sales, OEM Aircraft and Propulsion aftermarket support, Aircraft Sales & Marketing, Aircraft Operations and Maintenance-Modification-Completions with OEM’s, Service Providers and Aircraft Sales Distributors. He started his career as a FAA, A&P mechanic. Rich has traveled extensively worldwide during his career providing technical services on large & small airframes and engines, conducting aircraft accident investigation with the FAA & NTSB, troubleshooting technical & business issues and test-flight activities. As one of the original “Founders/Owners” with Alliance Engines, LLC., he was instrumental in building a brand new state-of-the-art, start-up company into a multi-million dollar enterprise in (3) years, overhauling and repairing aircraft gas turbine engines. In his capacity he was tasked by the CEO to locate a strategic partner or promote the sale of the company. This was accomplished with Standard Aero (Winnipeg) & BTR (London, England in 1997).

During phenomenal growth in the Business Jet market in 1978 AiResearch Manufacturing Company of Arizona (Signal Companies) recruited Rich as a Factory Regional Manager at the AiResearch Aviation Facility in Springfield, Illinois to resolve TPE331/TFE731 engine and other business/technical issues. In 1980, he was relocated to Phoenix, Arizona to become Manager, Factory Repair & Overhaul Administration. In 1982, he became Manager, MSP Administration where he developed the guaranteed hourly cost programs into an autonomous department in Business Operations. In 1984, he became Manager, Independent Facility Administration providing the leadership for the globalization of the Honeywell (AlliedSignal) Worldwide Authorized Service Centers. Rich’s efforts extended Honeywell’s independent service network to over 30 countries worldwide
Rich is a Distinguished Alumnus of Pittsburgh Institute of Aeronautics with a degree in Aerospace Technology and holds a US, FAA A&P Technician rating. He serves on the board of directors for the Phoenix Air National Guard Patriots Association (PANG) and is a member of AOPA, AZBAA, AZAA, EAA, NAA, and NBAA. He served as founder and inaugural president of AZBAA and is prominently recognized in the Business Aviation industry. The FAA has recently recognized Rich with the prestigious FAA Charles Taylor award in Arizona for 2009. He also serves on the board of directors of an aviation investment firm and on the board of advisors for a new company purchasing FBO’s across the USA.
